Kelsey Garrity(-Riley) and illustrating in Itailian

It charms me every time.
Whenever I see the work of my dear friend Kelsey I want to discover the door that will open into the setting of her illustrations. I want to associate with the animals that wear nothing else what I would wear myself. I want to meet each and everyone of the characters she creates. Oh to sit and have peppermint tea and eat rose biscuits with them, and listen to how they came about. This is a wish that keeps resurfacing each and every time I look at Kelsey's work.

For more of her charming, delicate, curious, imaginative, and sensibly color-schemed work, click here.
And just as inventive, and equally intriguing, her wonderful fiance: Erik Riley

They are both so talented, it's fun to glimpse.

I love Kelesy's images because they conjure another time and life...
